Finally, I think that this competition was quite successful. Yesterday, we had eaten the whole pig, then we danced a lot in a hangar during hangar party. Thank you everybody for great two weeks in Letkov airport, I hope that we will meet next year at Czech and Austrian Junior Gliding Championships 2013.

Tak máme po závěrečné hangar párty, po vyhlášení a teď se všichni balí. Je to smutný, zase v kempu zbydou jen fleky po stanech a po kolech od tranďáků a karavanů.. A u Labužníka možná i nějaké odřezky z rohlíků. Včerejší hangárová párty se vydařila, živá muzika (jen mimochodem, úplně skvělá skupina to byla a ráno jsme nacházeli podpisy od kluků hudebníků..). Nohy mám zničený a z toho plyne poučení, tancovat bosky není dobrý nápad. Cíla skončil za vítězství dvakrát v bazénu, v hangáru se protancoval široký důlek v podlaze a pořádně se slavilo. Tak snad se příští rok zase sejdeme na džuniorkách 2013! Díky za skvělejch skoro 14 dní, i přes to blbý počasí první týden se závody celkem vydařily. Ahoj!

Tak se tu udělal pěknej chumel nad letištěm, kde točí minimálně polovina všech závodníků.. Spíš víc.. Je horko.. Páska pro klubovku ve 12:50, pro kombíky ve 13:06..

It will be hot today, near 32°C! It is supposed to be clear today.. There will be probably some storms in the Czech republic, but they should not be so close as they were yesterday. According to this information, we made AAT task, 3:00. For option B, 2 hours. First launch is expected to be at 11:30, but we will probably wait. Today (finally!) I will try to make a "tablo" - photo of every competitor. For Max, I will try to organise making a photo with all the girls in here - I did not forget, do not worry!

Dneska bude palermo, podle předpovědi by mělo být až 32 stupňů. Z vedra by se mohly napéct nějaké ty bouřky, ale nemělo by to být tak hronzný jako včera. Včera to mlátilo, kam to šlo - zvukový efekty, otřesení a skládání v bouřce, něco pro romatiky.. Dneska to bude AAT na tři hoďky, varianta B je stejná, jen čas je změněný na dvě hodiny. Plánovaný čas vzletů je zatím na 11:30, ale podle všeho asi budeme chvíli vyčkávat, poslouchejte radio. Dneska svěřim svýho mazlika někomu, kdo vyfotí tablo (konečně!), já budu muset uprostřed vzletů zase na věž.. Maxovi, rakušákovi, jsem slíbila zorganizování fotky, kde bude se všema holkama závodnickýma i nezávodnickýma, tak se na to připravte..

Sometimes, you are off luck, imagine, you are on a track for 6 and half hour, but after landing you finds out, that your logger failed. Check manually corrected flight of ZT below and compare it with a flight that is counted in unofficial results. 

                       REAL WAY OF ZT / JAK LETĚLO ZT

Někdy má plachtař pech. Letíte šest a půl hodiny, přistanete osm kilometrů od letiště a radujete se aspoň za body na vzdálenost, ale pak zjistíte, že váš logger zablbnul (klasika) a let vám to ukončí teprve na začátku výkonu, let neni validní a i přes ruční opravu ho nelze uznat.. Porovnejte ručně opravené igc ZTčka s letem, který má v neoficiálních výsledcích.. (Péťo, ještě jednou promiň, že jsem ti ten opravený let nemohla uznat..)

It was a hard day. But finally we know about everybody. MB outlanded, he is OK. To competitors: when you arrive from fields, send me igc files, please. Weather should be better and better in next following days, we will see. I hope next days are not going to be so clear as today.. 

Konečně víme o všech, MB sedl kdesi v poli, je v pořádku. Dneska to byl boj, čistá je holt čistá. Čekám na igcčka, kdo se vrátí z pole, ihned pošle! Myslim, že zaškrtim DI (Novák), podle reportu od WTF sedl do brambor.. (jednou ohrada s kozama, podruhý brambory, ten kluk si neumí vybrat..) Musej nejspíš vyorat pole, aby odtamtud Káju vytáhli. Někdy v noci by měly být vypublikovány oficiální výsledky ze včerejška (hodně lidí, co sedělo u první otočky se vrátilo okolo jedné či druhé v noci, padli a lehli, já to kolem druhé v noci taky vzdala a padla). Teď je mi fakt hodně blbý, že dneska v tý angličtině nemám moc co říct..

The weather is probably not so good as published last time. But top of lifts are more then 1800QNH (visible on tracking). They dont want more starts. Petra (ZT) said that she will not fly in this fu**ing weather and BY dont want another long night jorney from outlanding like yesterday when he was in Hosin more than 100 km from Letkov...

Carbon (nicname) took off with Blanik and now he is looking for some thermals. It does not look so good according to all information he povides. Lauching postponed to 12:15

Carbon, náš chroust, právě vzlítnul s plechovym mazlikem Blaníkem a hledá nějaký ty stoupáky. Nevypadá to moc dobře, prý tam něco málo je, ale spíš míň než víc.. Zatím jsme odložili na 12:15, ale pravděpodobně budeme ještě vyčkávat a možná i měnit trať na variantu B. Pozor, nové info, chroust točí půl metru.. Vykruž výšku..

Current Czech junior champion Matej Uhlik started with L-23 to try thermals. Tow planes heat their engines but the ground looks not heated enough because Matej is flying straight.

Meteorologist is still "cooking" the wheather, it does not look as good as yesterday. It should be OK, but most of the day, there will be clear sky. We will see.. And I would like you to send me the rest of IGC files. I am still waiting for A2, 23, A18, BY.. I hope that your ways from fields was without problems.

Dneska to nevypadá tak dobře, jako včera, meteorolog stále vaří počasí. Dostupy by mohly být do tísíce metrů, ale v čisté. Uvidíme, co nám počasí dneska nadělí.. Prosím ještě všechny, co se v noci vrátili z pole, aby mi poslali IGCčka, jedná se o A2, 23, A18, BY.. Doufám, že cesta z pole proběhla bez problémů.

I am still waiting for the last competitors to come back from that far far away fields. Many competitors outlanded near the first turn point, just to imagine - around 150km for Kombi class and around 115km for Club class.. Nice exploring trip.. The discipline will be valid.

Ještě čekám na poslední polní statečné. Hodně lidí sedělo u první otočky, což je jen tak pro představu okolo 115 kilometrů vzdušnou čarou pro nešťastlivce z klubovky a okolo 150 kilometrů pro nešťastlivce z kombíků. V každym případě, ten první otočák dá každé třídě aspoň tu minimální koeficientovou vzdálenost, kdyby náhodou.. Ale i tak, dnešní disciplína bude platná. Pár doletivších si vystřihlo pěkné průlety a mistr W8 pokropil v kempu vodou úplně všechno. 

Jdu dál čekat, noční šichta volá..!

Finally, we can make racing tasks for today. The weather looks really promissing, tentatively, for Club class we plan 300km racing task, for Kombi class around 350-400km. 

Konečně dneska můžeme zadat racing úlohu. Počasí vypadá zatim celkem slušně, předběžně plánujeme tříkilo pro klubovku a něco kolem čtyřkila kombíkům. Všichni už mají složeno, na gridu, hangár prázdný..

I have finished unofficial results for Kombi class, official results will be published tomorrow at 10:30 am, if there is no problem. The discipline is valid for today. I am still waiting for some igc files from Club class.

Konečně mám hotové neoficiální výsledky pro Kombi třídu, pokud nebude stížnost či připomínka, oficiální výsledky budou vypublikovány zítra v 10:30. Stále ještě čekám na pár igcček z Klubovky, jsou to A18, BY, HC, IGC.. Pokud jste nejeli pro nějakého nešťastlivce do pole, prosim pošlete mi igc co nejdříve..

Ptáci zpívaj, dynamik vrčí, slunce pomalu zapadá.. Snad bude zítřek ještě lepší a bude počasí třeba na to tříkilo.. dá-li termoska tak i pětikilo..

Stany uschly, tráva taky, jdeme do toho. Počasí nevypadá úplně špatně, všecky máme ve vzduchu. AAT na 1:30. Pro klubovku byla páska otevřena ve 14:56, pro kombíky bude otevřena v 15:14. Dneškem se snad zvedne morálka, nálada a podaří se nám zlomit tu smůlu. Počasí na zítřek vypadá dobře, mělo by se tedy letět i zítra. Starty dneska trvaly 54 minut.

Everybody is getting high above Letkov. The weather looks promissing. AAT 1:30. Start line for club class at 14:56, for kombi class at 15:14.

The weather looked great but was not. Some lifts were very strong (more than 3m/s) but in some areas were no lifts or hard to find..

So we hope for better weather tomorow.

We can confirm that all pilots have safely landed either on our airfield Letkov or somewhere else in some field. According to local pilots the thermals were quite strong - up to 3 m/s with cloudbases round about 1700 QNH. Unfortunately there were too many rainshowers created in the whole task area and nobody was able to complete the task. We will see what the weather will look like tomorow. See you on the briefing tomorow at 10 am.

Dobré ráno závodníci,

registrace a technická přejímka bude probíhat od 12:00 v 1. patře hlavní budovy. Změna: Vzhledem k silnému větru, který v nárazech dosahujehe více než 15m/s, tak k technické přejímce nebude nutné přistavit složený kluzák.

We would like to let you know that we published new airspace files (version 2). You can download the files from our website, section "dokumenty". The files can be downloaded in seeyou format and openair as well. We added 2 glider sectors called T1 and T2 which will make our flying to the northwest easier.

Vážení závodníci,

Závody se blíží mílovými kroky a pro jejich hladký průběh bychom potřebovali aktualizaci některých údajů:

1. Potvrzení účasti
2. Počet pomocníků
3. Požadavek na stravování (celodenní stravování v podobě bohaté snídaně a výborné večeře za cenu 150 Kč/denně, ti kdož se účastnili PPJ2011 na Letkově znají)
4. Velikost trička
5. Kontrola zařazení do příslušné třídy.

Stačí zaslat krátký email s předchozími údaji na kontaktní email: pmcrj@seznam.cz

Také si do přihlášek doplňte zbývající údaje (především kód loggeru, letadlo se kterým se zúčastníte, domovský aeroklub, apod.)

Dále bych chtěl všechny účastníky upozornit na kontrolu brzdy kola vašich kluzáků při technické přejímce. Každému kluzáku bude zkontrolována funkčnost brzdy před počátkem soutěže a nezpůsobilý letoun budeme nuceni k závodu nepřipustit.

The competition is slowly coming and organizers need actualization and validation of some data to get smooth progress of competition preparation.

1. Confirmation of participation
2. Number of helpers
3. Request of meal  ( a day menu consist of rich breakfast and great dinner and coast 150 CZK a day)
4. Requested size of T-shirt
5. Check of  racing class classification

Just send a short email with previous data on the contact email: pmcrj@seznam.cz  

Fill up also entry forms (especially logger code, glider information and home aeroclub).

I would like to inform the competitors about a check of wheelbrake during the technical inspection. Every glider will be checked and the one which will not pass would not be allowed to take part in competition.
